RoseSystem – Track insurance payments for a therapy clinic
A billing system that reads insurance payment PDFs with AI, matches each payment to the right claim and shows what is still owed.

Overview
RoseSystem helps the billing team of an ABA therapy clinic follow its insurance money. ABA is a behaviour therapy, often for autistic children. Staff import the billing sheet and upload the insurers' payment PDFs, and the system matches every payment to its claim. Then they see what is still owed and which insurer to call.
What was not working
Insurers pay with long PDF statements (EOBs) that cover many claims at once. Reading them and matching each line to the right claim by hand is slow work. Without that, it is hard to know which claims are unpaid, partly paid or late.
What I built
Built a web app where AI reads each payment PDF, and a second AI check gives it a score. A person then reviews the result next to the original PDF before anything is saved. Approved lines are matched to claims, and each claim's status changes to open, partly paid or paid. The dashboard shows today's tasks, such as claims with no payment after 70 days, plus charts of billing and overdue money. It also has user roles, duplicate checks, and English and Arabic.
