Lahloba – One system to run a home-cleaning company

An Arabic office system for a cleaning company: orders, daily visits, worker teams, cash owed, complaints and reports.

Private deployment
All orders in one list, with a colour for each status.

Overview

Lahloba is the internal system of a home-cleaning company in Greater Cairo. The office team works in it: customer service, supervisors, accountants and managers. It brings orders, crew planning, worker files, cash, complaints and reports into one Arabic app. Customers never log in.

The challenge

What was not working

Orders lived in a Google Sheet with more than 9,500 rows, plus three Google Forms. There was no simple view of which workers go to which home each day. It was also hard to know how much cash each team leader still owed the company.

The solution

What I built

Built one Arabic web app for the whole office. Orders have colour-coded statuses, filters and a waiting list for orders with no date yet. The daily operations page shows each day's visits, the workers on each crew and the crews that are short. A debts page works out what each team leader owes every week, and a customer file shows one customer's full history. It also has complaints with a 48-hour target, reports with Excel and PDF export, staff chat and access rights per screen.
