Qayim – School staff evaluations, with AI that reviews the evidence
A platform where Saudi schools run yearly staff evaluations: teachers upload evidence, AI helps review it, and scores are calculated automatically.

Overview
Qayim is an Arabic platform that schools across Saudi Arabia use for the yearly performance review of their staff. It follows the Ministry of Education's official guide for teaching jobs. Teachers upload evidence for each standard, the principal reviews and rates it with help from AI, and the scores and reports are worked out automatically. A platform team runs subscriptions, customers and AI from its own admin area.
What was not working
Every year, each school must evaluate its staff against the Ministry's official standards. Each standard has its own weight and needs a set number of accepted evidence files. Collecting, checking and scoring all of this for every teacher is a lot of work for school leaders.
What I built
Built a platform with four roles: platform admin, school manager, teacher and administrative employee. Teachers upload files for each standard, and the manager accepts them with a 1 to 5 rating or rejects them with a reason. An AI reviewer reads each file, suggests a decision and a rating, and spots duplicate evidence. Scores, levels and the official evaluation form update on their own, and schools can export scores to Excel and evidence to PDF. Schools subscribe online, and the platform team has a sales and customer hub with follow-up tasks.
