Khattit – Turn a school's evaluation report into a clear plan
A platform for Saudi schools: AI reads the school's evaluation report, finds the gaps and builds a plan to follow week by week.

Overview
Khattit is an Arabic platform used by many schools in Saudi Arabia. A school uploads its official external evaluation report, and the platform shows where the school stands on every indicator. It then helps the school build an operational plan, approve it and follow it week by week. A platform admin manages all subscribed schools, payments and content.
What was not working
After an external evaluation, each school gets a long report with scores across 52 indicators. Turning it into a clear plan, with goals, programmes, dates and owners, is hard work for school leaders. The school then has to follow the plan week by week and see what is late.
What I built
Built an 8-step journey that goes from uploading the report to approving the final plan. AI reads the report PDF and pulls out the scores, strong points and weak points. The plan is built from a bank of ideas linked to each indicator, and can be viewed as a table or calendar or exported to Word or PDF. A tracking page shows how much is done, today's work and what is late. Schools pay by card, and an admin console manages schools, packages, payments and website content.
