Overview
ClinicMind FZ-LLCClinicMind is an AI-powered clinic operating system built for independent and chain clinics across the Gulf and MENA region. It handles patient WhatsApp messages, voice calls, appointment booking, and follow-ups — fully automatically, in 11 languages including Arabic dialects. The platform combines a conversational AI agent, long-term memory (powered by Mem0), two-way Google Calendar sync, and a native doctor mobile app into a single subscription with no per-message fees.
What was not working
Clinics in the MENA region were losing patients in the gap between closing hours and the next morning. Receptionists were overwhelmed handling WhatsApp messages, missed calls, rescheduling requests, and insurance questions — all while managing in-person patients. Most existing tools were English-only, required weeks to set up, and lacked memory across visits.
What I built
ClinicMind deploys a five-stage automated pipeline: it picks up every patient interaction (WhatsApp or voice call), detects language and intent, acts on the clinic's behalf (booking, rescheduling, sending reminders), saves everything to structured long-term memory, and briefs the doctor via a native mobile app before each consult. Setup takes under an hour. The system handles 94% of after-hours messages without any human involvement.
