Core features include: AI Program Recommendations that analyze student profiles (GPA, test scores, budget) to recommend ranked university programs with detailed explanations; comprehensive Student Management with document uploads and application tracking across four stages; real-time Analytics Dashboards covering student status, program popularity, conversion rates, with exportable PDF/Excel reports; Multi-Channel Communication integrated with WhatsApp, email, and Twilio voice with complete conversation history logged in student files; Task & Meeting Management with priority-based task assignment, automatic Google Meet invitations, and deadline reminders; and Document Processing where students submit documents through the platform while administrators process and forward applications to universities with full tracking.
What was not working
Educational consultants struggled to manually match students with suitable university programs based on GPA, test scores, budget constraints, and preferences. Communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone was fragmented with no unified history. Tracking application progress across multiple stages was difficult, and generating meaningful reports for data-driven decisions required hours of manual work.
What I built
Built an AI-powered platform that analyzes student profiles to recommend ranked university programs with detailed explanations. Integrated WhatsApp, email, and Twilio voice communication with complete conversation history logging per student. Implemented task management with priority tracking, automated Google Meet invitations, and deadline reminders. Built comprehensive analytics dashboards with PDF/Excel export capabilities. Created a full document processing workflow from student submission through administrator review to university forwarding.
