Schools & Academic InstitutionsA complete electronic system designed to simplify managing educational contracts inside schools and academic institutions. The platform streamlines all stages of contract handling — from creation to archiving — saving administrators and staff significant time and effort while ensuring accuracy and ease of follow-up. Key capabilities include: flexible contract creation with customizable fields and variables per institution's requirements, automatic generation of professional Word documents with data placed in the correct positions, a tiered permission system (General Manager, Executive Manager, etc.) giving each user appropriate access, automated contract distribution to parents or students via email or WhatsApp with delivery tracking, centralized student information management (contact details, addresses, payment details, school transportation), full Arabic RTL interface, responsive design for all devices, advanced search and filtering tools for contract review, and professional export in multiple formats (PDF, Word) while maintaining institutional branding.
What was not working
Schools managed contracts manually — creating them in Word, filling in student data by hand, distributing via physical copies or individual emails, and tracking completion in spreadsheets. This was time-consuming, error-prone, lacked proper authorization controls, and made it nearly impossible to track which contracts were sent, received, or signed.
What I built
Developed a full-stack platform with customizable contract templates using dynamic field mapping, automated Word/PDF document generation with institutional branding, a role-based permission system ensuring data protection and controlled access, automated multi-channel distribution (email + WhatsApp) with status tracking, centralized student and parent data management, and a clean Arabic RTL interface with responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile access.
